摘　　要：在城市更新项目中,关于木结构房屋安全性和抗震性能评价的研究鲜有报道。为了保证木结构房屋的安全使用,论文以某老城区木结构房屋为例,运用现场调查、检测等方式,评价木结构房屋的安全性和抗震性能,为同类木结构房屋的安全性与抗震性能评价提供方法参考。Research on the safety and seismic performance evaluation of timber structures was rarely reported in urban renewal projects.In order to ensure the safe use of wooden structure houses,this article took wooden structure houses in an old urban area as an example.On-site investigation,testing and other methods were used to evaluate the safety and seismic performance of wooden structure houses.A method reference for the safety and seismic performance evaluation of similar wooden structure houses were provided.
