摘 要:为了研究太阳能光伏系统对居住建筑节能效果的影响,论文以镇江地区某栋居住建筑为例,将该建筑的外墙传热系数、屋面传热系数、外窗传热系数、外窗遮阳系数等热工参数设定为设计规范的限值,应用模拟计算软件,进行全年建筑能耗量模拟,在此基础上加入太阳能光伏系统进行二次能耗模拟。研究表明建筑总能耗由276680.80kWh降至254198.40kWh,节能率由72.43%提升至74.67%。本文的测试研究结论为该地区居住建筑75%节能率的设计思路提供参考,为太阳能光伏系统在居住建筑中的应用提供数据支撑。In order to study the impact of solar photovoltaic systems on the energy efficiency of residential buildings,this article takes a residential building in Zhenjiang area as an example,and sets the thermal parameters of the building,such as the external wall heat transfer coefficient,roof heat transfer coefficient,external window heat transfer coefficient,and external window shading coefficient,as the limit values of the design specifications.Using simulation calculation software,the annual building energy consumption is simulated,and on this basis,a solar photovoltaic system is added for secondary energy consumption simulation.Research has shown that the total energy consumption of buildings has decreased from 276680.80 kWh to 254198.40kWh,and the energy efficiency has increased from 72.43%to 74.67%.The testing and research conclusions of this article provide reference for the design concept of 75%energy efficiency rate in residential buildings in the region,and provide theoretical data support for the application of solar photovoltaic systems in residential buildings.
