摘 要:日喀则电网以光伏为主要电源装机,位于西藏电网的长链式结构中,作为连接阿里电网与主网的关键节点,面临着严峻的安全稳定问题。为缓解保供压力并支撑电网稳定运行,亟须发展储能技术。然而,在高海拔特殊环境下,储能建设工程经验相对缺乏。以日喀则某电网侧储能电站建设为背景,探讨了特殊环境下储能电池系统、变流升压系统、电池管理系统、能量管理系统等的设计要求,并对储能电站重点关注的有功功率控制、低电压穿越能力、抗三相短路故障性能进行了硬件在环仿真验证,试验结果证明,这些性能满足电站并网要求。日喀则某电网侧储能电站的建设经验对西藏高海拔特殊环境的储能建设具有一定的借鉴和参考意义,有助于推动西藏新型电力系统的建设。The power supply installation of Shigatse power grid is mainly photovoltaic,and it is an important link in the long chain structure of Tibet power grid to connect Ali power grid and Tibet main grid.There are prominent security and stability problems,and energy storage needs to be developed to alleviate the pressure of supply guarantee and support the grid.However,at present,there is little experience in energy storage construction projects under high altitude special environment.Starting from the construction of a grid side energy storage power station in Shigatse,this paper discusses the design requirements for energy storage battery system,converter boost system,battery management system,energy management system,etc.in special environments.Hardware in the loop(HIL)simulation verification is conducted on the active power control,low voltage ride through capability,and resistance to three-phase short circuit faults that are key concerns of the energy storage power station,and the test results show that it meets the grid connection requirements of the power station.The construction experience of a power grid side energy storage power station in Shigatse has certain reference significance for the construction of energy storage in Tibet’s high altitude special environment,and plays a positive role in the construction of Tibet’s new power system.
