摘 要:快速、准确地仿真高频变压器铁芯磁性材料在高频下的磁滞特性,对于电工设备能量传输效率的评估及多目标结构优化具有重要的意义。而传统动态J-A磁滞模型在高频段动态磁滞回线的仿真误差较大,且存在损耗计算值高于实测值的问题。首先在损耗统计理论框架内,基于各损耗分量与场分量的等效关系,考虑了高频不均匀磁通密度产生的涡流损耗,推导了传统涡流场及剩余损耗场的解析式。通过引入R-L分数阶导数来修正传统的涡流场,并将修正后的涡流场和剩余损耗场引入到静态J-A磁滞模型,从而构建了一种基于损耗统计理论及分数阶导数理论的新型动态J-A磁滞模型。对2种磁性材料进行了较高频段的动态磁滞回线仿真,并与实测值进行了比较,结果表明所提模型在动态磁滞回线模拟及损耗计算误差均大大降低。The rapid and accurate simulation of the hysteresis characteristics of high-frequency transformer core magnetic materials at high frequencies is of great significance for the evaluation of energy transmission efficiency and multi-objective structural optimization of electrical equipment.However,the traditional dynamic J-A hysteresis model has a big simulation error for high-frequency dynamic hysteresis loop.Firstly,within the framework of loss statistics theory,based on the equivalent relationship between each loss component and the field component,the analytical expressions of the traditional eddy current field and the residual loss field are derived in the theoretical framework of loss statistics.Using R-L fractional derivative to modify the traditional eddy current field,and introducing the modified eddy current field and residual loss field into the static J-A hysteresis model,a new dynamic J-A hysteresis model based on loss statistics theory and fractional derivative theory is constructed.The dynamic hysteresis loop simulation of two kinds of magnetic materials in higher frequency band is carried out and compared with the measured values.The results show that the errors of dynamic hysteresis loop simulation and loss calculation of the proposed model are greatly reduced.
