陕西小菇属一新纪录种——盔盖小菇

摘　　要：通过形态学研究结合rDANITS序列系统发育分析鉴定了一份采自陕西省秦岭中段地区的20210116号大型真菌标本,结果表明为小菇属(Mycena)小菇组(sectionMycena):盔盖小菇(Mycena galericulata),该物种首次在陕西省境内被发现,因此确定为陕西省新记录种,本文对该物种形态特征、显微结构等进行了详细地描述.Through morphological study and phylogenetic analysis of rDNA ITS sequence,a wild macrofungi specimen No.20210116 was identified from the middle part of the Qinling Mountains in Shaanxi Province.The results showed that it belonged to Mycena sp.Mycena section,Mycena galericulata,which was discovered for the first time in Shaanxi Province,is identified as a new recorded species in Shaanxi Province.The morphological characteristics and microscopic structure of this species are described in detail in this paper.
