西藏森林资源现状分析及林业发展建议

摘　　要：西藏作为我国森林资源最富集的省区之一,森林植被极其丰富.本文利用西藏第九次森林资源清查数据,对西藏森林资源现状进行了系统的分析,结果表明:(1)全区现有林地面积1798.19万hm^(2),乔木林占49.14%,灌木林占47.56%,疏林地面积占1.18%,宜林地占1.91%,未成林造林地面积0.07%,采伐迹地面积占0.13%,苗圃地面积占比0.01%.(2)西藏各林种之间面积差别较大,防护林面积最大,占68.69%,特种用途林占比21.71%,用材林占54%,经济林占比为0.06%;(3)西藏现有森林面积1490.99万hm^(2),全国排名第五;西藏森林蓄积为22.83×108m^(3),稳居全国第一位,森林覆盖率12.14%,明显低于全国水平.最后根据西藏森林资源现状,对未来西藏林业发展的方向提出了建议.Tibet has extremely abundant forest vegetation.The current situation of forest resources in Tibe was analyzed systematically using the data from the ninth national forest resources inventory in Tibet.The results showed that:(1)the total area of forest land in the region is 17.9819 million hectares,of which arbor forest account for 49.14%;shrub forests account for 47.56%;sparse forests account for 1.18%;suitable land for forestation accounts for 1.91%;young forest land accounts for 0.07%;logging sites account for 0.13%;and nurseries account for 0.01%.(2)There are significant differences in the areas of different types of forests in Tibet,with protective forests being the largest,accounting for 68.69%;special-purpose forests accounting for 21.71%;timber forests accounting for 54%;and economic forests accounting for 0.06%.(3)The existing forest area in Tibet is 14.9099 million hectares,ranking fifth in China;the forest stock in Tibet is 2.283 billion cubic meters,ranking first in China.The forest coverage rate in Tibet is 12.14%,significantly lower than the national average.Based on the current situation of forest resources in Tibet,suggestions for the future development direction of forestry in Tibet are proposed.
