摘　　要：对外贸易发展方式转变是经济增长方式转变的重要组成部分,新疆经济的高质量发展必然带动新疆对外贸易发展方式的转型升级。文章通过测评全要素生产率对新疆外贸增长的贡献值,得出当前新疆对外贸易发展仍处于以资金投入为驱动、以粗放经营为主导的传统模式向集约型、数字化转变的初级发展阶段。为了准确评价新疆对外贸易发展方式的转变的可追寻轨迹,文章选取贸易额、贸易结构、贸易效益、贸易可持续发展四大指标体系全面衡量新疆对外贸易发展方式转变的成效,提出了对外贸易发展方式转变过程中存在的问题。根据上述研究结论指出,新疆应从优化产业结构、促进出口商品结构优化、发展数字化贸易及坚持贸易可持续发展等方面加快外贸发展方式的转型。The transformation in the development mode of foreign trade is a crucial component of the shift in economic growth patterns.The high-quality development of Xinjiang's economy will inevitably drive the transformation and upgrading of its foreign trade development mode.The article evaluates the contribution of total factor productivity(TFP)to Xinjiang's foreign trade growth and finds that the current development of Xinjiang's current foreign trade development is still in the primary stage of transitioning from a traditional mode driven by capital investment and extensive operation to an intensive and digitalized mode.To accurately evaluate the traceable trajectory of the transformation in Xinjiang's foreign trade development mode,the article selects four major indicator systems:trade volume,trade structure,trade efficiency,and sustainable trade development to comprehensively measure the effectiveness of the transformation.The existing problems in the development mode of Xinjiang's foreign trade were also identified.Based on these research conclusions,it is proposed to accelerate the transformation of Xinjiang's foreign trade development mode by optimizing industrial structure,promoting the optimization of export commodity structure,developing digital trade,and adhering to sustainable trade development.
