摘 要:为降低项目风险,保障施工进度,降低项目成本,以某大型海洋石油工程的工程、采购、安装和施工(Engineering,Procurement,Installation,and Construction,EPIC)总包项目为例,对资源计划和施工组织方案进行介绍,并根据每种资源的特性,制定行之有效的措施,对资源利用率和使用效率进行监控,根据任务的增减及时调整资源配置。研究表明:该方法可有效对项目所需的人力、材料、机械设备、技术等内外部资源进行整合和使用,在保障施工进度的同时有效降低项目成本。研究成果可为海洋石油工程EPCI总包项目资源管理提供一定参考。In order to reduce project risks,ensure construction progress,and lower project costs,taking the engineering,procurement,installation,and construction(EPIC) general contracting project of a large offshore oil engineering project as an example,resource plans and construction organization plans are introduced.Based on the characteristics of each resource,effective measures are developed to monitor resource utilization and efficiency,and resource allocation is adjusted in a timely manner according to the increase or decrease of tasks.Research shows that this method can effectively integrate and utilize internal and external resources such as manpower,materials,mechanical equipment,technology,etc.required for the project,while ensuring construction progress and effectively reducing project costs.The research results can provide some references for resource management of EPCI general contracting projects in offshore oil engineering.
