溢流式纤维水洗机的改进

摘　　要：为了提升Lyocell纤维在纺丝生产线水洗处理的效果,介绍Lyocell纤维的功能特性、水洗要求,通过分析浸浴式纤维水洗机、喷淋式纤维水洗机和溢流式纤维水洗机的优缺点,确定其适用性,提出溢流式纤维水洗机的改进措施及注意事项。指出:溢流式纤维水洗机对Lyocell纤维较适用;将溢流式纤维水洗机的水洗板材质由聚丙烯改为0Cr18Ni9型不锈钢后,水洗机的环境适应性和使用寿命提升,水洗效果良好,使用2年后检修未发现异常但需要定期维护。In order to improve the washing treatment effect of Lyocell fiber in spinning production line,the functional characteristics and washing requirements of Lyocell fiber are introduced.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the immersion fiber washing machine,the spray fiber washing machine and the overflow fiber washing machine,the applicability of these machines is determined,and the improvement measures and precautions for overflow fiber washing machine are proposed.It is pointed out that the overflow fiber washing machine is more suitable for Lyocell fiber.After the washing plate material of the overflow fiber washing machine is changed from polypropylene to 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel,the environmental adaptability and service life of the washing machine are improved,the washing effect is good,and no abnormality is found after using for two years,but it needs regular maintenance.
