摘  要:为丰富喷气涡流纺纱线产品种类,文章以莱赛尔为外包纤维、涤纶DTY网络丝为芯纱,探讨了喷气涡流纺包芯纱的生产及纺纱工艺设计的重点与难点,成功开发出18.5 tex喷气涡流纺莱赛尔/涤纶包芯纱。研究表明,针对莱赛尔短纤维的特性,梳棉工序应增强梳理并提高转移效率,并条工序应提升纤维伸直平行度;喷气涡流纺工序应科学选择喂入比,正确调整芯丝喂入张力等工艺参数,合理控制喷嘴压力,加强温湿度管理。相关生产实践为开发高附加值喷气涡流纺纱线产品提供了参考。This paper explores creating air-jet vortex core-spun yarn by using lyocell staple for the outer layer and polyester DTY interlaced yarn for the inner core.It also discusses the important aspects and challenges in designing the spinning process,aiming to enhance the range of air-jet vortex spun yarn options.And 18.5 tex lyocell/polyester air-jet vortex core-spun yarn was successfully developed.The research shows that based on the characteristics of lyocell staple,the carding should be enhanced,and the transfer efficiency of the carding process should be increased;the drawing process should improve the straightness and parallelism of fiber.The vortex spinning process should choose the best feeding ratio,adjust the feeding tension of the core yarn,and other process parameters accordingly.It is important to control the nozzle pressure effectively and enhance temperature and humidity management.The research offers practical advice for creating high-value air-jet vortex-spun yarns.
