摘 要:目的:详细探讨有机、无机以及混合基质膜材料在CO_(2)分离领域的应用前景,分析各类膜材料的分离性能及其适用性,为气体分离技术的发展提供参考。方法:对比分析各类膜材料在CO_(2)分离过程中的效果。结果:有机膜材料中,聚苯并咪唑膜、聚酰亚胺膜和聚砜膜在H_(2)/CO_(2)、CO_(2)/N_(2)和CO_(2)/CH_(4)的分离中表现出较好的选择性。无机膜材料中,致密金属膜和多孔无机膜对CO_(2)混合气体具有较高的分离性能。混合基质膜材料通过有机聚合物基质与无机填充剂的结合,提高了CO_(2)分离效率和膜材料的稳定性。结论:膜分离技术在气体分离领域具有广泛应用,不同类型的膜材料在CO_(2)分离中各有优势。有机膜材料具有较好的选择性,无机膜材料具有较高的分离性能,混合基质膜材料则在提高分离效率和稳定性方面具有突出优势。Objective:To discuss in detail the application prospects of organic,inorganic and mixed matrix membrane materials in the field of CO_(2) separation,and to analyze the separation performance and applicability of various membrane materials,so as to provide a reference for the development of gas separation technology.Methods:The effects of various membrane materials in the process of CO_(2) separation were compared and analyzed.Results:Among the organic membrane materials,polybenzimidazole membrane,polyimide membrane and polysulfone membrane showed good selectivity in the separation of H_(2)/CO_(2),CO_(2)/N_(2) and CO_(2)/CH_(4).Among the inorganic membrane materials,dense metal film and porous inorganic membrane have high separation performance for CO_(2) mixed gases.The hybrid matrix membrane material improves the CO_(2) separation efficiency and the stability of the membrane material through the combination of organic polymer matrix and inorganic filler.Conclusion:Membrane separation technology is widely used in the field of gas separation,and different types of membrane materials have their own advantages in CO_(2) separation.The organic membrane materials have good selectivity,the inorganic membrane materials have high separation performance,and the mixed matrix membrane materials have outstanding advantages in improving the separation efficiency and stability.
