摘　　要：目的探究在医院药剂科管理过程中实施安全质量管理所产生的价值。方法选取2021年6月—2023年5月新疆医科大学第二附属医院药学部和哈密市中心医院药剂科的50名工作人员作为研究对象,其中2021年6月—2022年5月实施常规管理模式作为参照组,2022年6月—2023年5月实施安全质量管理作为研究组,同时分别在两组管理模式中选择各100份患者的处方,分别对比两组处方错误率、工作效率以及工作质量。结果研究组的处方总错误率为1%,低于参照组的7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.687,P<0.05);研究组的工作效率各项分数高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组患者的工作质量各项评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对于医院药剂科采取安全质量管理具有显著的应用价值。Objective To explore the value of implementing safety and quality management in the management of hospital pharmacy department.Methods Fifty staff members of the pharmacy department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and the Pharmacy Department of Hami Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects from June 2021 to May 2023,in which the routine management mode was implemented from June 2021 to May 2022 as the reference group,and the safety and quality management was implemented from June 2022 to May 2023 as the study group.While 100 patients'prescriptions in each of the two management modes were selected to compare the total error rate of prescription,work efficiency,and work quality of the two groups,respectively.Results The total error rate of prescription was 1%in the study group lower than that of 7%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.687,P<0.05);all scores of work efficiency in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differencee were statistically significant(all P<0.05);and all scores of the quality of work of the patients in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion It has significant application value to the safety and quality management in hospital pharmacy department.
