摘　　要：目的探究医院病案管理中精细化质量控制对病案首页质量合格率的影响。方法从2022年1—9月到四平市中心人民医院就诊患者病案资料中选取198份纳入对照组(常规质量控制)、从2022年10月—2023年6月到院就诊患者病案资料中选取202份纳入观察组(精细化质量控制),所有病案资料均由同一组工作人员管理,观察并比较两组病案管理情况、病案管理人员满意度。结果对比两组病案管理情况,观察组病案首页质量合格率更高,病案缺页缺项率更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);对比病案管理人员各项满意度,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论精细化质量控制在医院病案管理中,可提升病案首页质量合格率,降低病案缺页缺项发生率,病案管理人员满意度更高。Objective To explore the effect of fine quality control in hospital medical record management on the quality pass rate of medical record first page.Methods A total of one hundred and ninety-eight patients were selected from the medical records of patients who visited Siping Central People's Hospital from January to September 2022 and included in the control group(routine quality control).A total of two hundred and two patients from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected to be included in the observation group(fine quality control).All medical records were managed by the same group of staff,and the situation of medical records management and the satisfaction of medical record managers in the two groups were observed and compared.Results Comparing the medical records management of the two groups,the quality qualification rate of the first page of medical records in the observation group was higher,and the missing page and missing item rate was lower,the differences were statistical significance(both P<0.05).The terms of satisfaction of medical record managers were higher in the observation group,the differences were statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion In hospital medical records management,fine quality control can improve the quality qualification rate of the first page of medical records,reduce the incidence of missing pages and items in medical records,and improve the satisfaction of medical records managers.
