摘　　要：近年来公立医院科研投入逐年加大,尤其是医学高校附属三甲公立医院科研管理备受关注,科研项目体量激增。如何利用数字技术实现科研管理信息化转型,以提高科研成效、为科研人员减负、推动科研成果高质量发展,已成为公立医院亟需推进的重要课题。本文围绕科研管理存在的突出问题,对科研管理功能模块提出建议,并提出未来展望,旨在全面整合、简化、优化公立医院科研管理流程,提供数据信息运行管理决策支持,提升管理与服务信息化,从而提高医学高校附属三甲公立医院的科研水平和学术地位,为医学科学发展作出贡献。In recent years,the scientific research investment of public hospitals has increased year by year,especially the scientific research management of the tertiary public hospitals affiliated to medical universities has attracted much attention,and the volume of scientific research projects has surged.How to use digital technology to realize the transformation of scientific research management information,in order to improve the effectiveness of scientific research,reduce the burden for researchers,and promote the high-quality development of scientific research results has become an important issue that public hospitals need to promote.This paper focused on the outstanding problems in scientific research management,put forward suggestions on the functional modules of scientific research management,and put forward the future prospects.It aimed to comprehensively integrate,simplify and optimize the scientific research management process of public hospitals,provide data information operation management decision support,and improve management and service informatization.So as to improve the scientific research level and academic status of the three first-class public hospitals affiliated to medical universities and make contributions to the development of medical science.
