摘 要:数字经济与区域经济低碳发展模式转变息息相关,在高质量实现双碳目标的征途中显得尤为重要。运用熵权TOPSIS评价模型探究2021年我国30个省份(不包含西藏及港澳台)数字经济发展水平的区域差异,并基于组态框架,结合fsQCA方法探讨数字基础设施、数字产业化、农业数字化、工业数字化、服务业数字化和数字创新环境6个因素对减缓我国碳排放的联合效应。结果表明:我国数字经济发展水平由东向西呈现递减趋势,存在显著不协调问题;单一要素并不构成高碳生产率的必要条件,存在3种导致高碳生产率的环境组态,可将其归纳为2种发展模式,分别是数字产业化+农业数字化+服务业数字化驱动模式、数字产业化+工业数字化+服务业数字化驱动模式,呈现出不同区域碳减排效率的多重提升路径。The digital economy is closely related to the transformation of the low-carbon development model of the regional economy,and it is particularly important in the journey to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutral strategy with high quality.This study explores the regional differences of digital economy development level in 30 provinces in China in 2021 with TOPSIS evaluation model.Based on the configuration framework,combined with fsQCA method,the joint effects of digital infrastructure,digital industrialization,digitalization of agriculture,digitalization of industry,digitalization of service industry and digital innovation environment on the mitigation of carbon emissions in China were discussed.The results show that the development level of China's digital economy shows a decreasing trend from east to west,and there are significant incongruity problems;Single factor does not constitute the necessary conditions for high carbon productivity.There are three environmental configurations that can lead to high carbon productivity,which can be summarized into two development modes:digital industrialization+agricultural digitalization+service industry digitization,digital industrialization+industrial digitization+service industry digitization,showing multiple paths for improving carbon emission reduction efficiency in different regions.
