居民休闲娱乐出行偏好与城市居住-休闲功能格局研究——以西安市为例

摘　　要：研究城市居民休闲娱乐出行时空间偏好对提升居民游憩体验和优化城市休闲娱乐业空间布局具有重要意义。该文基于西安市居民1周的手机信令数据,利用核密度分析和空间约束谱聚类方法,从时空角度和居民出行偏好角度分析居民休闲娱乐的出行偏好与城市居住-休闲功能空间联系格局。结果表明:(1)西安市居民休闲娱乐出行行为具有时间规律性和差异性,工作日与周末的休闲娱乐出行量高峰时间节点存在差异,空间上呈现“多中心集聚,中心区高、边缘区低”特征;(2)各类居民休闲娱乐出行偏好节点等级从城市中心向外围地区逐渐降低,高等级偏好节点呈“偏南”分布特点,居民对于短距离和较短距离的休闲娱乐出行节点有较高偏好;(3)受城市物质空间和交通条件等约束的影响,西安城区内居民休闲娱乐活动存在明显的区域组团现象,总体呈现出“川”字形格局,核心组团具有“范围大、街道数量多、跨越圈层多”的特点,而城市东西两侧区域与核心内城区的居住-休闲功能联系仍有待进一步加强。研究结果可为城市休闲娱乐业的空间布局提供科学依据。Exploring the spatial preference of urban residents'leisure and entertainment travel can provide an important basis for improving residents'leisure experience and optimizing the allocation of urban entertainment industry.Based on one-week mobile signaling data of urban residents in Xi'an,this paper analyzes the leisure and entertainment travel preferences of urban residents and the spatial connection pattern between urban residential and leisure functions from the perspective of time and space nodes and residents'travel preferences by using kernel density analysis and spatial constraint spectrum clustering.It is found as fol-lows.O The leisure and entertainment travel behavior of residents in Xi'an has regularity and difference in time.There are differences in the peak time points of leisure and entertainment travel volume of the residents between weekdays and weekends,showing a spatial pattern of"multi-center clustering,with higher central areas and lower peripheral areas".@A total of 108 leisure and entertainment travel preference nodes of 13 types of residents are selected.The node level gradually decreases with the diffusion of the urban center to the peripheral areas.Residents have a higher preference for short and relatively short dis-tance leisure and entertainment travel nodes,while high-level preference nodes show the"southward"distribution characteris-tic.Due to the constraints of urban physical space and transportation conditions,there is a clear phenomenon of regional clus-tering in the leisure and entertainment behaviors of residents in the urban area of Xi'an,with an overall"Chuan(Jl)"shaped pattern,The core cluster has the characteristics of"large scope,large number of streets,and crossing multiple circles",and resi-dential-leisure function connection between the east and west sides of the city and the core urban area needs to be further strengthened.
