摘 要:混凝土拌合站是铁路项目重要的大型临时工程设施,混凝土拌合站费用的精准确定对保障铁路建设投资合理性有着重要意义。本文突破以往混凝土集中拌合站设计只采用统一指标计列工程费用的模式,综合考虑整体规模以及场地地形等因素引起混凝土拌合站主要工程数量的变化,对中西部地区混凝土拌合站的设计补充制定相应原则,并对其主要工程数量及概算指标进行测定分析,以提高费用计列的精度及准确性。本文的研究成果将为今后中西部地区混凝土拌合站的设计提供参考和依据,也为不同类型的混凝土拌合站费用的计列提供理论支撑。The concrete mixing station is an important large-scale temporary engineering facility in railway projects.The accuracy of concrete mixing station cost is of great significance to ensure the rationality of railway construction investment.Different from the previous model that the design of concrete mixing station only adopts unified index to calculate the project cost,in this paper,we comprehensively consider the changes of the main project quantity caused by the overall scale and site topography,etc.,and make corresponding principles for the design of concrete mixing stations in the central and western regions of China,and reasonably determine the main project quantity and budgetary estimate index to improve the accuracy and precision of the cost calculation.The research results of this paper will provide reference and basis for the design of concrete mixing stations in the central and western regions of China in the future,and also provide theoretical support for the cost calculation of different types of concrete mixing stations.
