摘 要:随着高铁网络加密形成,用地政策收紧,铺轨基地选址越来越难,为克服无法设置铺轨基地的难题,部分项目采用T11长轨运输车运输及铺设无缝长钢轨。本文通过文献研究和实地调研相结合的方式,分析了T11长轨运输车的性能参数以及施工工艺,重点研究了T11长轨运输车与常规平板车在钢轨运输方面的差异,并提出了运杂费的计算公式和计算参数,最终确定了采用T11长轨运输车施工方案条件下的高速铁路无砟轨道概算编制原则和方法,为采用T11长轨车条件下铺设高速铁路无砟轨道项目设计阶段的概算编制提供了参考。The current railway preliminary budgeting methods and quota related to the installation of seamless T11 long rails are not yet well-established.This article,through a combination of literature research and on-site investigations,analyzes the performance parameters and construction techniques of T11 long rail transport vehicles.Taking the Beijing-Shenyang project as an example,it focuses on studying the differences between T11 long rail transport vehicles and conventional flatbed cars in steel rail transportation.It also proposes a formula and calculation parameters for transportation expenses.Finally,it establishes the principles and methods for the preliminary budgeting of ballastless track for high-speed railways under the conditions of using T11 long rail transport vehicles,providing reference for the relevant norms for laying ballastless tracks for high-speed railways under the conditions of using T11 transport vehicles.
