协同创新背景下的高校图书馆知识产权信息服务体系构建——以西安电子科技大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：基于当前高校图书馆知识产权信息服务内容和模式浅显单一等问题,推出了三维模型,即由服务主体(知识产权信息服务中心)、创新流程和服务模式组成的三维有机整体;根据科研团队科研全流程的不同阶段、不同机构的职能和知识产权服务的要素构建了服务体系框架,梳理了各个机构的功能以及各个机构之间的协调关系;以西安电子科技大学图书馆为例,介绍了开展知识产权信息服务的实践,并提出了未来发展策略。Based on the current problems such as the simple and single content and mode of intellectual property infor⁃mation service in university libraries,this paper proposes a three-dimensional model,which is a three-dimensional or⁃ganic whole composed of service subject(intellectual property information service center),innovation process and service mode;and according to different institutions’functions of the scientific research team in different stages of the whole pro⁃cess of the scientific research and the elements of intellectual property services,constructs the service system framework and clarifies the functions of each institution,as well as the coordination relationship between various institutions;and taking the library of Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology as an example,introduces the practice of intel⁃lectual property information service and puts forward the future development strategies.
