摘 要:在原始充电曲线中引入区域电压和区域直线距离的概念,并提出基于区域直线距离的电池S_(OH)(健康状态)评估方法,采用实验室条件下NCA(镍钴铝)电池单体和LFP(磷酸铁锂)电池模组在1/2C倍率下的充电电压数据以及一座20 kW/100 kW·h储能电站的电池运行数据,来建立基于区域直线距离的电池S_(OH)评估模型,对比了基于区域直线距离L_(AB)的方法和IC(增量容量)峰高法,并考察了不同采样频率和区域电压下L_(AB)-S_(OH)模型的效果。结果表明:S_(OH)与L_(AB)呈线性正相关,线性拟合优度可达到0.96以上,L_(AB)-S_(OH)模型的S_(OH)评估准确性均优于IC峰高法。区域直线距离作为健康因子提高了低采样频率下电池S_(OH)评估的准确性,这为工程上储能电池的S_(OH)在线评估提供了可能性。The concepts of regional voltage and regional linear distance in the original charging curve were introduced and a battery S_(OH)(state of health)estimation method based on regional linear distance was proposed.The battery S_(OH)estimation models based on regional linear distance were established by using the charging voltage data of laboratory NCA(nickel-cobalt-aluminum)battery cell and LFP(lithium iron phosphate)battery module at 1/2C-rate and the battery operation data of a 20 kW/100 kW·h energy storage power station.The method based on regional linear distanceL_(AB)and the IC(incremental capacity)peak height method was compared,the results ofL_(AB)-S_(OH)models under different sampling frequencies and regional voltages were also discussed.The results show that S_(OH)andL_(AB)have a linear positive correlation,and the linear goodness of fit can reach more than 0.96.The accuracy of S_(OH)evaluation ofL_(AB)-S_(OH)models is better than that of IC peak height method.Regional linear distance as a health factor improves the accuracy of battery S_(OH)evaluation at low sampling frequency,which provides the possibility for online evaluation of battery S_(OH)in engineering.
