摘 要:为了强化R134a水合物连续制备系统的蓄冷性能,采用Fluent软件模拟不同单圈喷嘴个数(4个、6个)及不同环径比(0.5D,0.6D,0.7D,0.8D,0.9D)散流器模型的气液接触特性。根据数值模拟的结果加工了性能较好的b4型散流器(喷嘴个数4、环径比0.8 D)和c4型散流器(喷嘴个数6、环径比0.8 D),通过实验对比b4型、c4型及a型散流器(原始散流器、喷嘴个数3、环径比0.4 D)对R134a水合物蓄冷性能的影响。结果表明:与a型散流器相比,b4、c4型散流器对R134a水合物蓄冷性能均有强化作用。当系统采用c4型散流器时,各项蓄冷性能均达到最佳:平均蓄冷速率为0.345 kW;总蓄冷量为926.47 kJ;水合物生成质量为912.54 g。研究表明:散流器优化对于本系统的R134a水合物蓄冷系统性能具有明显强化作用。In order to enhance the cold storage performance of the R134a hydrate continuous preparation system,investigated the influence of diffuser models with varying numbers of single-loop nozzles(4 and 6)and different annular ratios(0.5D,0.6D,0.7D,0.8D,0.9D)on the gas-liquid contact by the Fluent software.The b4-type(4 nozzles,0.8 D)and c4-type(6 nozzles,0.8 D)diffusers were fabricated based on the numerical simulation results to optimize their design.Experimental tests were conducted to compare their effects on the cold storage performance of the R134a hydrate in relation to a-type diffuser(the original diffuser with three nozzles and an annular diameter ratio of 0.4 D).The experimental results reveal that both b4-type and c4-type diffuser systems enhance the cold storage performance of R134a hydrate.Among the diffusers tested,the c4-type diffuser yields the best overall cold storage performance:average cold storage rate of 0.345 kW,total cold storage capacity of 926.47 kJ,and hydrate formation mass of 912.54 g.The results show that optimized diffusers have obvious enhancement effect on the cold storage performance of R134a hydrate in this system.
