摘　　要：傅晓骏教授认为,肾性水肿不仅与肺、脾、肾关系密切,且受心、肝影响也较大,治疗从五脏出发,以肺、脾、肾为本,视五脏虚实主次治之,同时兼顾饮食、情志、外治等多方面辅助治疗,临证注重四诊合参,内外合治,临床收效甚佳。本文总结傅晓骏教授从五脏论治肾性水肿经验,并附验案一则,为治疗肾性水肿提供思路。Professor Fu Xiaojun believes that renal edema is not only closely related to the lung,spleen,and kidney,but also greatly influenced by the heart and liver.The treatment starts from the five organs,with the lung,spleen,and kidney as the foundation,and treats the deficiency and excess of the five organs as the main and secondary treatments.At the same time,it also takes into account various auxiliary treatments such as diet,emotions,and external treatment.Clinical practice emphasizes the combination of four diagnostic methods and internal and external treatments,resulting in excellent clinical outcomes.This article summarized Professor Fu Xiaojun's experience in treating renal edema from the perspective of the five organs theory,with one case study attached,providing ideas for the treatment of renal edema.
