摘 要:选取某城市某积水点治理工程的矩形顶管工程作为研究对象,研究矩形顶管工程风险源分析及预防措施。从水土压力风险、工程工期延长风险、出洞段土体风险以及顶管机顶部风险四个方面,构建矩形顶管工程风险指标体系。选取模糊评价法评价该矩形顶管工程的风险。评价结果表明,管片破损风险、盾构选型风险、顶管机顶部背土风险是该矩形顶管工程的主要风险源。针对矩形顶管工程的风险源,在工程准备阶段,提出始发区域土体加固、保护建、构筑物的措施;在工程施工阶段,提出合理设置顶管参数、配制优质泥浆、实时纠偏、实时监测、顶管机顶部预防措施等;在工程施工后阶段,提出置换泥浆与加固管道外土体的措施,以期为同类型的矩形顶管工程提供参考。The rectangular pipe jacking project of a water accumulation management project in a city is selected as the research object to study the risk source analysis and preventive measures of the rectangular pipe jacking project.The risk index system of rectangular pipe jacking project is constructed from four aspects:soil pressure risk,project duration extension risk,soil risk in caving section and top risk of pipe jacking machine.The fuzzy evaluation method is selected to evaluate the risk of the rectangular pipe jacking project.The evaluation results show that the main risk sources of the rectangular pipe jacking project are segment breakage risk,shield type selection risk and soil back risk on top of the pipe jacking machine.According to the risk source of rectangular pipe jacking project,the measures of soil reinforcement and protection of construction and structure in the starting area are put forward in the project preparation stage.In the construction stage,the measures of reasonable setting of pipe jacking parameters,preparation of high-quality mud,real-time deviation correction,real-time monitoring and top preventive measures of pipe jacking machine are put forward.In the post-construction stage,the measures to replace the mud and strengthen the soil outside the pipeline are put forward,in order to provide reference for the same type of rectangular pipe jacking project.
