振动工况下某厂房结构安全性检测与鉴定关键技术研究

摘  要:针对目前常见的厂房在使用功能上发生改变,尤其是由静力作业转变为动力作业,导致超出原设计的荷载或者机械运转产生的振动使得结构产生裂缝这一现象,通过现场检测、承载力验算、振动测试等手段,对某厂房进行了安全性检测与鉴定。该厂房的结构安全性鉴定结果显示,其安全性等级为三级,混凝土结构产生的裂缝对结构整体的强度有一定的影响,不满足规范要求,生产操作区楼板的振动加速度峰值超过规范限制,需要进行相应的加固和减振措施。论文阐述的结构安全性鉴定和分析过程及振动测试结果,可以为该类厂房后期加固改造提供依据,也可为类似情况的厂房安全性鉴定提供参考。In view of the change in the use function of the common plant at present,especially the change from static operation to dynamic operation,which leads to the phenomenon that the load exceeding the original design or the impact and vibration generated by the mechanical operation causes cracks in the structure,the safety of a plant was tested and identified by means of on-site inspection,bearing capacity checking,vibration test and other means.The structural safety appraisal results of the plant show that its safety level is Level 3.The cracks generated by the concrete structure have a certain impact on the overall strength of the structure,which does not meet the specification requirements.The peak vibration acceleration of the floor in the production and operation area exceeds the specification limit,and corresponding reinforcement and vibration reduction measures are required.The structural safety identification and analysis process and vibration test results described in this paper can provide a systematic basis for the later reinforcement and reconstruction of the plant,and can also provide a reference for the safety identification of the plant in similar situations.
