摘 要:通过对某建筑物沉降突变的后果呈现和原因分析,印证了基桩上浮的可能性和危害性。为有效检出上浮桩,对抽样检测的可靠度进行了理论分析,计算出在各种情况下的漏检概率。另外还以本工程为例讨论了低应变法的有效检测深度问题,从而对现行规范中的检测方法和抽检数量提出了修订建议。最后,为减小基桩上浮现象,对接桩质量、收锤标准、挤土效应等问题提出了相应的质量控制对策。Through analyzing the consequences and causes of sudden change of settlement of a building,the possibility and harmfulness of the foundation pile floating are confirmed.In order to detect floating piles effectively,the reliability of sampling detection is analyzed theoretically,and the probability of missing detection under various conditions is calculated.In addition,the effective detection depth of low strain method is discussed by taking this project as an example,so as to put forward some suggestions for revising the detection method and sampling quantity in the current standard.Finally,in order to reduce the floating phenomenon of foundation pile,the corresponding quality control measures are put forward for the problems such as joint quality,the standard of termination hammering and the effect of soil compaction.
