摘 要:传统预留孔洞的做法施工过程投入大,材料浪费严重,后期安装返工量大。传统做法先使用PVC套管预埋,结构完成后再使用正式套管进行吊洞,若因一道工序滞后,将影响到后期管道安装工作。相对于传统的工艺,铝模工艺对套管安装精确定位提出了更高的要求,保证了正常的结构内部预埋固定,进行细部调整后,首层铝模采用定位模块精准定位,预埋成品止水节,确保了预留洞口位置层层统一。采用本施工方法可以固定防漏预埋座,定位准确,施工简单,质量观感好。The traditional method of reserving holes has a large investment in the construction process,serious waste of materials,large amount of rework after installation,traditionally,PVC casing is used first,after the structure is completed,the formal casing is used to lift the hole,if a process lag,it will affect the later pipeline installation work.Relative to the traditional wood mold process,aluminum mold technology has higher requirements for accurate positioning of casing installation,to ensure the normal structure of the internal embedded fixed,make detailed adjustments,the first layer of aluminum mold is accurately positioned by positioning module,embedded finished water stop joint,to ensure that the reserved hole position layer unified.This construction method can be used to fix the leak proof embedded seat,accurate positioning,simple construction,good quality perception.
