摘　　要：文章用Meta分析方法评估液态饲料对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。通过计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wan Fang)、维普(CQVIP)、Science Direct、Web of Science、Pub Med数据库,查找液态饲料对断奶仔猪生长性能影响的相关试验。检索年限从2000年到2022年,按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料,用Review Manager 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果显示:纳入16个研究,共计样本1 628例,Meta分析结果显示,液态料组平均日增重显著高于固态料组[P<0.000 01,标准化均数差(SMD)=1.57,95%置信区间(CI):1.02~2.12];平均日采食量显著高于固态料组(P=0.000 1,SMD=1.18,95%CI:0.58~1.79);两组间料重比(P=0.33,SMD=-0.17,95%CI:-0.51~0.17)、腹泻率(P=0.84,SMD=-0.02,95%CI:-0.24~0.2)差异不显著。结果表明:液态饲料可显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量,对料重比和腹泻率无影响。The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the effect of liquid feed on the growth performance of weaned piglets by using Meta-analysis method.Through Computer search CQVIP,CNKI,Wan Fang Data,Web of Science,Science Direct,Pub Med databases to find out the randomized controlled trial of the effect of liquid feed on the growth performance of weaned piglets.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the database to December 2022.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,documents were selected,data were extracted,and meta-analysis was performed with the Review Manager 5.4 software.The results indicated that a total of 1628 samples were included in 16 studies,the results showed that the average daily gain of the liquid feed group was significantly higher than that of the solid feed group[P<0.0001,standardized mean difference(SMD)=1.57,95%confidence interval(CI):1.02 to 2.12],and the average daily feed intake was significantly higher than that of the solid feed group(P=0.0001,SMD=1.18,95%CI:0.58~1.79);there was no significant difference between the two groups in feed weight ratio(P=0.33,SMD=-0.17,95%CI:-0.51 to 0.17)and diarrhea rate(P=0.84,SMD=-0.02,95%CI:-0.24 to 0.2).The conclusion indicated that liquid feed can significantly increase the average daily gain and feed intake of weaned piglets,but has no effect on the feed weight ratio and diarrhea rate.
