Study on Integrated Gas Control Technology of the Return Air Corner in 3413 Completely Mechanized Mining Face at Hexi Coal Mine

摘  要:由于贺西煤矿在上隅角处单独实施一种瓦斯治理技术时,无法达到工作面在高强度回采时上隅角瓦斯体积分数不超限,提出在工作面上隅角实施插(埋)管和高位定向钻孔联合抽采瓦斯的方案。现场试验结果表明:实施综合瓦斯治理技术后,总抽采纯量为3.38~6.19 m^(3)/min,平均抽采纯量为4.89 m^(3)/min;工作面上隅角瓦斯体积分数保持在0.31%~0.53%,平均瓦斯体积分数为0.41%,上隅角瓦斯体积分数明显降低,取得了良好的瓦斯治理效果。Since it is impossible to achieve the goal that the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face will not exceed the limit when a single gas treatment technology is implemented in the upper corner of the working face in Hexi Coal Mine,a scheme of joint gas extraction by inserting(burying)pipe and high directional drilling is proposed in the corner of the working face.The field test results show that the total extraction purity is 3.38~6.19 m^(3)/min,and the average extraction purity is 4.89 m^(3)/min.The gas concentration in the corner of the working surface is maintained at 0.31%~0.53%,the average gas concentration is 0.41%,and the gas concentration in the upper corner is significantly reduced,and a good gas control effect has been achieved.
