摘  要:针对王庄煤矿综放工作面回撤期间面临的工序繁琐、劳动强度大、支护材料难以回收重复利用、支护耗材易燃等难题,采用掩护支架代替架设圆木木桩、枕木木垛支护的全断面掩护支护,从数值模拟分析得出木垛和单体支柱的支护强度无法满足待支护区域对平均支护强度的要求,采用全断面掩护支护可以降低顶板下沉量,防止帮部裂隙的扩展贯通和保证煤岩体的完整性,使回撤通道得到很好的控制;将原有撤架工艺优化为绞车牵引全断面掩护撤架工艺,提高了回撤顶板支护机械化程度与作业安全性,缩短了回撤工期、减人提效。In response to the complex process,high labor intensity,difficulty in recycling and reusing support materials,and flammable support consumables faced during the withdrawal period of the fully mechanized top coal caving face in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,cover brackets were used to replace the full face cover support of erecting round wooden piles and sleeper wooden piles.Through numerical simulation analysis,it was found that the support strength of the wooden piles and individual pillars cannot meet the average support strength requirements of the area to be supported.The use of full face shield support can reduce the amount of roof subsidence,prevent the expansion and penetration of side cracks,and ensure the integrity of coal and rock mass,so as to effectively control the retreat passage.The original lifting process has been optimized to the winch traction full section cover lifting process,which improves the mechanization and safety of the lifting roof support,shortens the lifting period,reduces personnel,and improves efficiency.
