摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出机将聚乙烯(PE100)分别和纳米氧化锌(15 nm粒径和30 nm粒径)、纳米银、纳米二氧化钛进行熔融共混制备出抗菌PE管材料,并测试了抗菌性能、DSC、拉伸性能和冲击性能。结果表明:纳米氧化锌和纳米银的抗菌体系优于二氧化钛的抗菌体系;15 nm ZnO质量分数0.150%的复合材料对大肠杆菌的抗菌率高于99.9%,30 nm ZnO质量分数0.500%的复合材料对大肠杆菌的抗菌率为99.7%,小尺寸的Zn O抗菌剂有更高的抗菌性能;添加了高含量抗菌剂(质量分数1%的Ti O2)复合材料的综合力学性能降低。Antibacterial PE pipe materials were prepared by melt blending polyethylene(PE100)with nano zinc oxide(15 nm particle size and 30 nm particle size),nano silver and nano titanium dioxide,respectively,using a twin-screw extruder.And the antibacterial properties,DSC,tensile properties and impact properties were tested.It was shown that,the antimicrobial system of ZnO nanoparticles and silver nanoparticles was better than that of titanium dioxide;the antimicrobial rate of the composites with 15 nm ZnO of mass fraction 0.150%against Escherichia coli was higher than 99.9%,and the antimicrobial rate of the composites with 30 nm ZnO of mass fraction 0.500%against Escherichia coli was 99.7%,and the small size of ZnO antimicrobial agent had higher antimicrobial performance;the overall mechanical properties of the composites with high content of antimicrobial agent(mass fraction 1%TiO2)were reduced.
