摘  要:丙酮和甲醇在工业上应用广泛。0.1 MPa下两者易成共沸混合物,且一般精馏方法难以分离两者。离子液体作为萃取剂的萃取精馏技术常用于分离共沸物系。离子液体具有低毒性、无污染、可设计性强、易回收等优势,获得行业的认可和关注。总结了近年来离子液体用于丙酮-甲醇共沸体系分离的研究成果,并进行相应的归纳。Acetone and methanol are widely used in industry.The two easily form an azeotropic mixture at 0.1 MPa,and it is difficult to separate the two using ordinary distillation methods.Extractive distillation techniques using ionic liquids as extractant are commonly used to separate azeotropic systems.Ionic liquids with advantages such as low toxicity,no pollution,strong design ability,and easy recycling have gained recognition and attention from the industry.In this paper,the research results of ionic liquids used in acetone methanol azeotropic systems in recent years were summarized.
