摘  要:对装置圆筒炉以及方炉燃烧系统自开工以来炉膛负压的异常波动情况进行了归纳介绍,通过对比不同工况下炉膛负压的变化情况,从温度、供风量、火嘴选型和烟气余热回收系统状态四个方面进行了分析并提出优化措施。The abnormal fluctuations in furnace negative pressure since the start of the cylindrical furnace and square furnace combustion system of the device were summarized and introduced.By comparing the changes in furnace negative pressure under different working conditions,the fluctuation reasons were analyzed from four aspects of temperature,air supply volume,nozzle selection and the state of the flue gas waste heat recovery system,and optimization measures were proposed.
