摘　　要：全球化话语是指在全球化的发展过程中,参与主体根据自身利益诉求、目的、价值理念等制定的一系列有关全球化的话语理念。处于现代世界体系中心的美国作为后冷战时期全球化实践的优先参与者及主要受益者,其全球化话语极易成为强势话语,影响全球化的形式和方向。克林顿、小布什、奥巴马、特朗普和拜登政府任期内,国际、国内局势的变化使美国全球化话语经历了建构、发展、解构、重构等几个历史时期,新自由主义、市场全球主义等意识形态贯穿其中。从话语角度对冷战后的全球化实践展开研究,有助对其形成更科学、理性的判断,进而对当前美国采取的逆全球化政策形成更清晰的认识。Globalization discourse refers to a series of ideas about the reality of globalization formulated by participants based on their interests,goals,and values during the globalization process.As the central player in the modern world system,the United States has been the primary participant and main beneficiary of globalization practices in the Post-Cold War period.Consequently,American globalization discourse often becomes dominant,shaping the form and direction of globalization.Throughout the adminis-trations of Clinton,Bush,Obama,Trump,and Biden,international and domestic changes have led to the construction,evolution,de-construction,and reconstruction of American globalization discourse,with ideologies such as neoliberalism and market globalism permeating these periods.Analyzing globalization practices since the Cold War from a discourse perspective provides a more scien-tific and rational judgment and offers deeper insights into the current anti-globalization policies adopted by the United States gov-ernment.
