摘 要:常用的吡啶-水体系分离工艺为非均相共沸精馏和加盐萃取精馏,前者适用于大批量连续生产,后者适用于对含水量要求不高的小批量生产。针对某制药厂吡啶废液,开发加碱萃取和非均相共沸精馏耦合工艺,首先加碱萃取将含水量降低到8%,再以吡啶废液中自带的甲苯为共沸剂,通过非均相共沸间歇精馏分离多余的水和甲苯,最终得到水分≤0.5%、甲苯≤0.5%、吡啶≥99%的回收吡啶。耦合工艺吡啶回收率为93.92%,工艺设备简单,设备通用性强,非常适合小批量生产。The commonly used separation processes for pyridine-water systems are heterogeneous azeotropic distillation and salt extraction distillation.The former is suitable for large-scale continuous production,while the latter is suitable for small-scale production with low water content requirements.Coupling process of alkaline extraction and heterogeneous azeotropic distillation was developed for pyridine waste liquid in a pharmaceutical factory.Firstly,alkaline was added to reduce the water content to 8%.Secondly,the inherent toluene in the pyridine waste liquid was used as azeotrope,the remaining water and toluene were separated through heterogeneous azeotropic intermittent distillation.Finally,we obtained recovered pyridine with moisture content below 0.5%,toluene content below 0.5%,and pyridine content above 99%.The recovery rate of pyridine in the coupled process was 93.92%.The coupling process equipment was simple,and the device had strong versatility,which was very suitable for small batch production.
