盐水钻井液的腐蚀和润滑性能研究

摘  要:现场钻井过程中,钻井液种类对钻井设备磨损和腐蚀影响甚大。基于此,评价了自来水、海水、NaCl和HCOOK对金属材料的腐蚀和对钻井液润滑性能的影响。失重法和电化学法分析钻井液滤液的腐蚀性能。实验发现,高盐含量促进了N80钢表面的导电性,且Cl^(-)对金属表面的穿透作用极强,加快金属的腐蚀反应;HCOOK不具有氯化物侵蚀性,降低金属表面的腐蚀速率。润滑性能评价发现,海水中含有一定量的无机盐,导致海水的摩阻系数大于自来水。另外,NaCl使钻井液的摩阻系数更大,表明盐的存在,恶化了钻井液的润滑性能。In the field drilling process,the type of drilling fluid has a great influence on the wear and corrosion of drilling equipment.Based on this,the effects of tap water,seawater,NaCl and HCOOK on the corrosion of metal materials and on the lubrication properties of drilling fluids were evaluated.The corrosion properties of drilling fluid filtrate were analyzed by weight loss method and electrochemical method.It was found that the high salt content promoted the electrical conductivity of N80 steel surface,and Cl^(-)had a strong penetration effect on the metal surface,and accelerated the corrosion reaction of metal.HCOOK is not chloride aggressive,reducing the corrosion rate of metal surfaces.The test of lubrication found that seawater contained a certain amount of inorganic salts,resulting in greater friction coefficient of seawater than tap water.In addition,NaCl made the friction coefficient of drilling fluid larger,indicating that the presence of salt deteriorated the lubrication performance of drilling fluid.
