摘　　要：目的:优化艾片提取工艺并对5个不同产地10个采集点的栽培及野生艾片主要品质指标进行初步评价。方法:采用超声辅助水蒸气蒸馏法,通过正交实验设计提取艾片,以料液比、超声时间、浸泡时间、提取时间为考察指标,艾片提取率为评价指标,采用气相色谱法(GC)对艾片进行含量测定及成分分析。结果:艾片最佳提取条件为料液比1∶12(g∶mL)、超声25 min、浸泡时间75 min、提取时间90 min;野生和栽培艾纳香在艾片提取率上均存在显著差异。结论:本实验建立的艾片提取工艺稳定可行,人工种植艾片质量优于野生艾片。The extraction process of borneol was optimized and the main quality indexes of cultivated and wild Blumea balsamifera borneol from 10 collection points in 5 different producing areas were preliminarily evaluated.Ultrasonic-assisted steam distillation method was used to extract borneol by orthogonal experimental design.The ratio of material to liquid,ultrasonic time,soaking time and extraction time were taken as the indexes,and the extraction rate of borneol was taken as the evaluation index.The content determination and composition analysis of borneol were carried out by gas chromatography(GC).The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶12(g∶mL),the ultrasonic time was 25 min,the soaking time was 75 min,and the extraction time was 90 min.There were significant differences in the extraction rate of wild and cultivated Blumea balsamifera.The extraction process of borneol established in this experiment was stable and feasible,and the quality of cultivated borneol was better than that of wild borneol.
