摘 要:通过建立不确定度数学模型,对ICP-OES测定污水中锌含量实验中各不确定度分量进行评估,计算相对标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。实验结果中的不确定度来源主要有标准工作曲线拟合、标准溶液配制和仪器稳定性等。通过合成各不确定度分量,可得ICP-OES法测定污水中锌含量的标准不确定度为0.079 mg/L,扩展不确定度为0.16 mg/L。当置信水平达到95%时,该污水中锌的含量为(8.69±0.16)mg/L。This experiment evaluated the uncertainty of measuring zinc in wastewater by ICP-OES.By creating a mathematical model of uncertainty,each component of uncertainty was evaluated in the experiment,and the standard uncertainty,and extended uncertainty were calculated.The sources of uncertainty in experimental results mainly include fitting of standard working curve,standard solution preparation,and treatment,instrument stability,etc.By combining various uncertainty components,the standard uncertainty of the measuring zinc in wastewater by ICP-OES is 0.079 mg/L,the standard uncertainty is,and the extended uncertainty is 0.16 mg/L.When the confidence level is 95%,the content of zinc in the wastewater is(8.69±0.16)mg/L.
