摘　　要：基于对油浆的组成分析、理化性质研究的基础上,利用企业与中海油天津化工研究院有限公司合作开发的催化油浆脱灰成套技术进行处理,脱后油浆灰分<0.1%,金属Al+Si<60 mg/kg。目前催化油浆脱灰技术的成功应用极少,因此,研究油浆性质及脱灰技术对油浆的高价值应用具有重要意义。Based on the composition analysis and physical and chemical properties of slurry,a complete set of catalytic slurry deashing technology jointly developed by the enterprise and CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Design&Research Institute Co.,Ltd.was used for treatment.After deashing,the ash content of slurry was less than 0.1% and the metal Al+Si was less than 60 mg/kg.At present,the successful application of needle catalytic slurry deashing technology is rare,so it is of great significance to study the properties of slurry and deashing technology for its high value application.
