摘　　要：通过介绍炼油工艺设计的工作流程,指出了工艺设计流程中存在的问题及改进方向。为解决常规设计中存在的问题,确定了COMOS FEED工艺设计集成平台总体框架,然后制定企业集成化工艺设计平台的本地标准化工作,并阐述了工艺设计集成平台实施方法、质量控制过程,最后总结了工艺设计集成平台在炼油行业中的效果。The paper simply introduces the process design work process,problems existing in the present process design and improvement direction was proposed,the COMOS feed process design integration platform framework was determined to solve the problems with conventional design,and then,the local standardization customization of enterprise integrated process design platform is formulated,the implementation method of the process design integration platform and the quality control process are described.Finally,the author summarizes the effect of the process design integration platform in petrochemical oil refining industry.
