摘 要:针对辽宁科技大学化学工程与工艺专业实验项目完成了炼焦煤微粉成型及焦炭性能研究的综合设计性实验。以梗阳焦煤为主要原料,通过实验设计了炼焦煤微粉成型的工艺条件,对焦炭的显微强度、结构强度、粒焦反应性和粒焦反应后强度进行了测定。研究结果表明炼焦煤含水量相同的情况下,采用配型煤炼焦能够有效改善焦炭质量,该方法适合于化工专业实验中炼焦煤微粉成型项目的教学方法改革。A comprehensive design experiment on the micro-powder forming of coking coal and the study on the properties of coke was completed for the experimental project of Chemical Engineering and Technology major of University of Science and Technology Liaoning.With GY coking coal as the main raw material,the process conditions of micro-powder forming of coking coal were designed through experiments,and the microscopic strength,structural strength,coke reactivity and coke reaction strength of coke were measured.The results show that the quality of coke can be improved effectively by using matching briquette when the water content of coking coal is the same.This method is suitable for the reform of teaching method of coking coal micro-powder molding project in chemical engineering specialty.
