口服羟氯喹致唇黏膜色素沉着三例

摘　　要：羟氯喹(HCQ)是一种广泛使用于疟疾和自身免疫疾病的药物,近期也被用于治疗玫瑰痤疮,由于其妊娠安全性,可在女性患者中推广使用。现报道玫瑰痤疮患者口服羟氯喹后出现唇黏膜色素沉着3例,除色素沉着外未见其他不良反应,且经治疗后玫瑰痤疮皮损缓解。停用羟氯喹后,患者唇黏膜色素沉着改善。Hydroxychloroquine(HCQ) is a drug widely used to treat malaria and autoimmune diseases,and has recently been used to treat rosacea and could be promoted for use in female patients due to its pregnancy safety.Three cases of lip mucosal hyperpigmentation after oral hydroxychloroquine administration in patients with rosacea is reported,with no adverse effects other than hyperpigmentation,and relief of rosacea lesions after treatment.After discontinuing hydroxychloroquine,a patient' lip mucosal hyperpigmentation slightly decreased.
