摘　　要：研究表明,中重度痤疮合并关节及骨病的相关综合征与遗传密切相关,全基因组关联研究发现了一些与中重度痤疮合并关节及骨病相关综合征相关的遗传基因位点。本文综述了其分子机制和临床研究进展,为疾病的诊断和治疗提供了线索和帮助。Recent studies have shown that moderate to severe acne combined with joint and bone disease related syndromes is closely related to genetics,and genome-wide association studies have found some genetic loci related to moderate to severe acne combined with joint and bone disease related syndromes.This paper reviews the molecular mechanism of these diseases and its syndromes,and provides clues for the diagnosis of the disease.
