摘　　要：黄褐斑是以颜面部黄褐色斑片为典型表现的色素性皮肤病,传统医学认为脏腑、气血、经络功能失调是其发病的重要病机。整体观念与辨证论治作为中医学理论体系的主导思想,贯穿黄褐斑的诊疗全程,形成了脏腑辨证指导下的黄褐斑望诊体系。通过观察黄褐斑斑片颜色、形态、边界等相关皮损特点,结合面部局部辨证与全身辨证,辅助现代化设备采集补充客观信息,使用脏腑辨证方法进行皮损分析并指导治疗,探讨中医治疗黄褐斑进行面部望诊的客观量化方法,为其研究提供理论基础。Melasma is a pigmentogenic skin disease typical of yellow-brown spots on the face.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the dysfunction of zang-fu organs,qi and blood,meridians and collaterals is an important pathogenesis of the disease.Holistic concept and syndrome differentiation,as the dominant ideas of TCM theoretical system,run through the whole course of diagnosis and treatment of Melasma,forming a Melasma observation system under the guidance of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs.By observing the color,shape,boundary and other relevant features of yellow and brown scabbers,combined with facial local syndrome differentiation and systemic syndrome differentiation,assisting modern equipment to collect supplementary objective information,using zang-fu syndrome differentiation method to analyze and guide the treatment of skin lesions,exploring the objective quantitative method of facial inspection in TCM treatment of Melasma,providing a theoretical basis for its research.
