摘　　要：目的:探讨ADOPT问题解决模式对面颈部烧伤患者新生皮肤护理及身体意象的影响。方法:选取笔者医院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的65例面颈部烧伤患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=33例)与对照组(n=32例)。对照组开展常规护理干预,观察组开展ADOPT问题解决模式的护理干预。比较两组干预后(随访1个月时)疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)]、瘢痕评分[温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)]、身体意象量表(Body image scale,BIS)评分、负面情绪评分[焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)]。结果:随访1个月时,观察组VAS、VSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组认知、情感、行为维度意象评分及SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ADOPT问题解决模式能有效促进面颈部烧伤患者创面恢复,减少创面瘢痕形成,改善患者身体意象及负面情绪水平,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of ADOPT[Attitude(A),Definition(D),Open mind(O),Plan(P),Try it out(T)]problem solving model on regenerative skin care and body image of patients with facial and neck burns.Methods Sixty-five patients with facial and neck burns in author's hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled,and randomly assigned into two groups.Control group received routine nursing intervention,while observation group was given nursing based on ADOPT problem solving model.The pain score[visual analogue scale(VAS)],scar score[Vancouver scar scale(VSS)],body image scale(BIS)score and negative emotion score[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]were compared between the two groups after intervention(after 1 month of follow-up).Results After 1 month of follow-up,the VAS and VSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the image scores of cognitive,emotional and behavioral dimensions,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ADOPT problem-solving model can effectively promote the wound recovery of patients with face and neck burns,reduce the formation of wound scars,and improve the body image and negative emotion level of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
