摘　　要：颈部衰老是人体衰老的主要表现之一,临床表现为颈部横纹、颈部松弛下垂、凹陷、颈阔肌带突出和皮肤质地改变等。颈部皱纹按方向不同可分为纵向的颈阔肌纹和横向的颈部横纹,治疗方法包括手术治疗和非手术治疗。手术治疗存在创伤面大、术后恢复期长等问题,随着对颈部皱纹的深入研究,非手术治疗通过微创技术可以达到甚至超过手术治疗的效果,且具有术后不良反应少、术后停工时间短等优点。非手术治疗主要包括光电疗法、肉毒毒素注射、填充剂注射等,本文就颈部皱纹非手术治疗的研究进展进行阐述。With the development of the times,people pay more and more attention to the neck rejuvenation.Neck aging is one of the main manifestations of human aging,and the clinical features are neck lines,neck laxity and sagging,depression,platysmal bands and skin texture changes.Neck wrinkles can be divided into longitudinal platysmal bands and transverse neck lines according to the direction,and the treatment methods include surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment,and surgical treatment has problems such as large trauma and long postoperative recovery period.With the in-depth study of neck wrinkles,non-surgical treatment can achieve or even exceed the surgical effect through minimally invasive technology,and has the advantages of few postoperative adverse reactions and short postoperative downtime.Non-surgical treatment mainly includes photovoltaic treatment,botulinum toxin treatment,filling treatment,etc.This article describes the research progress of non-surgical treatment of neck wrinkles.
