摘　　要：骨内科疾病有500余种,全球老龄化对骨内科疾病早期诊断、防治和康复需求显著增加。2009年3月,中国人民解放军总医院第八医学中心创立了集临床、教学、科研于一体的骨内科,建立骨质疏松症规范诊疗体系,积极推进骨质疏松科研工作,推行骨质疏松全程化综合健康管理模式,在全国普及老年慢性退变性疾病健康教育,开展以“精准医学”为核心的骨质疏松诊疗工作,得到业内专家、媒体认可和关注。骨内科的建设和发展符合我国人口老龄化、骨骼慢病管理和健康中国的需求。There are over 500 types of orthopedic diseases,and the global aging population significantly increases the demand for early diagnosis,prevention,and rehabilitation of orthopedic diseases.In March 2009,the Eighth Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital established an bone medicine department of orthopedic that integrates clinical practice,teaching,and scientific research,established a standardized diagnosis and treatment system for osteoporosis,actively promoted research on osteoporosis,promoted a comprehensive health management model for osteoporosis throughout the process,popularized health education for chronic degenerative diseases in the elderly nationwide,and carried out osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment work with"precision medicine"as the core,which was recognized and paid attention to by industry experts and media.The construction and development of bone medicine department of orthopedic are in line with the needs of China′s aging population,chronic bone disease management,and healthy China.
