摘  要:浙江余姚是我国栽培杨梅的起源地。余姚杨梅历史悠久、享誉中外。在果实品质、种植规模、栽培技术、种苗繁育、采摘观光等产业发展领域,余姚杨梅曾位居全国产区前列。但余姚杨梅产业长期以来存在的鲜果销售为主,深加工产品缺乏的链条模式,制约了产业的健康发展。近年来,余姚通过技术创新、产品创新、路径创新,在杨梅深加工领域初步探索成功,形成以余姚杨梅果酒研发为特色的产业化发展道路。Yuyao,Zhejiang Province is the origin of bayberry cultivation in China.Yuyao bayberry has a long history and is well-known at home and abroad.In the industrial development fields such as fruit quality,planting scale,cultivation technology,seedling breeding,picking and sightseeing,Yuyao bayberry was once at the forefront of the national production area.However,Yuyao bayberry industry has been mainly selling fresh fruits for a long time,and the chain model lacks in deeply processed products restricts the healthy development of the industry.In recent years,Yuyao had successfully explored the industrialization development path characterized by Yuyao bayberry cider research and development in the field of bayberry deep processing through technological innovation,product innovation and path innovation.
