摘 要:对比不同烧结温度制备的Ti/RuO_(2),Ti/IrO_(2),Ti/RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)钛基改性DSA电极的扫描电子显微镜、线性扫描伏安和塔菲尔斜率。结果表明,500℃Ti/RuO_(2)电极在E为0.60 V时通过电极的电流最大(2.645 mA/cm^(2)),塔菲尔斜率最小(109.51 mV/dec),电催化性能最好;450℃Ti/IrO_(2)电极在E为0.60 V时通过电极的电流最大(2.889 mA/cm^(2)),塔菲尔斜率最小(28.09 mV/dec),电催化性能最好;500℃Ti/RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)电极在E为0.60 V时通过电极的电流最大(3.346 mA/cm^(2)),塔菲尔斜率最小(159.61 mV/dec),电催化性能最好;IrO_(2)与RuO_(2)的含量比3∶2时,Ti/RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)电极在E为0.60 V时,通过电极的电流最大(1.546 mA/cm^(2)),塔菲尔斜率最小(191.88 mV/dec),电催化性能最好。采用钛基改性DSA电极制备有效氯质量浓度为40,80和120 mg/L的微酸性电解水,对比不同有效氯质量浓度的微酸性电解水对生菜的保鲜杀菌效果,试验证明微酸性电解水对农产品具有保鲜杀菌作用。Comparing the scanning electron microscopy,linear scanning voltammetry,and Tafel slope of Ti/RuO_(2),Ti/IrO_(2),and Ti/RuO_(2)-IrO_(2) titanium based modified DSA electrodes prepared at different sintering temperatures,the results showed that the Ti/RuO_(2) electrode had the highest current passing through the electrode(2.645 mA/cm^(2))at E was 0.60 V at 500℃,the lowest Tafel slope(109.51 mV/dec),and the best electrocatalytic performance;The Ti/IrO_(2) electrode at 450℃had the highest current passing through the electrode at E was 0.60 V(2.889 mA/cm^(2)),the lowest Tafel slope(28.09 mV/dec),and the best electrocatalytic performance;The Ti/RuO_(2)-IrO_(2) electrode at 500℃had the highest current passing through the electrode at E was 0.60 V(3.346 mA/cm^(2)),the lowest Tafel slope(159.61 mV/dec),and the best electrocatalytic performance;When the ratio of IrO_(2) to RuO_(2) was 3∶2,the Ti/RuO_(2)-IrO_(2) electrode had the highest current passing through the electrode at E was 0.60 V(1.546 mA/cm^(2)),the lowest Tafel slope(191.88 mV/dec),and the best electrocatalytic performance.A titanium based modified DSA electrode was used to prepare slightly acidic electrolyzed water with effective chlorine concentrations of 40,80,and 120 mg/L.The preservation and sterilization effects of slightly acidic electrolyzed water with different effective chlorine concentrations on lettuce were compared,and the experiment proved that slightly acidic electrolyzed water had a preservation and sterilization effect on agricultural products.
