制丝生产环节全工序水分月际变化研究

摘  要:为探究卷烟制丝生产环节全工序水分是否随月份变化,以A牌号烟丝为研究对象,采集2021年度该牌号烟丝制丝生产环节各工序的入口、出口水分,进行相关性分析与单因素方差分析。结果表明,①所有关键工序的入口、出口水分在月份间均存在显著差异;②真空暂存、地下贮叶2个流转工序的水分散失量均随月份变化出现显著差异;③流转工序的水分散失量与对应下一关键工序的入口水分均呈现极显著的负相关。In order to explore whether the moisture content in the whole process of cut tobacco production changed monthly,brand A cut tobacco was taken as the research object,the inlet and outlet moisture content in each process of the brand A cut tobacco production during 2021 was collected to carry out the correlation analysis and one-way analysis of variance.The results showed that:①There were significant differences in the inlet and outlet moisture content in all key processes between months.②The moisture decrease of the transmission processes showed significant differences between months.③The moisture decrease in the circulation process was significantly negatively correlated with the inlet water in the next key process.
