院府校合作模式下基层卫生人才培养的实践探究

摘　　要：破解基层医疗人才困局,才能筑牢基层医疗服务守护网,以人才带动医疗水平高质量发展。江苏省注重医院-政府-高校之间的合作,不断优化基层卫生人才能力提升培养模式,提升基层骨干医生的医疗服务能力。文章主要分析院府校合作模式下基层卫生人才培养的策略,以期为相关人员提供参考和借鉴。Only by solving the dilemma of grass-roots medical talents can we build a strong grass-roots medical service guardian network and drive the high-quality development of medical level with talents.Jiangsu province pays attention to the cooperation between hospitals,government and universities,constantly optimizes the training mode,and improves the medical service ability of grass-roots backbone doctors.This paper mainly analyzes the strategy of grass-roots health personnel training under the cooperation mode of the hospital,government and school,hoping to provide reference for the relevant personnel.
